Tender Description
The intended outcome is to provide an attractive and functional superior education facility on the top two floors (level 4 and 5) of the new Engineering, Technology and Aviation Building, N79.
- The level 4 space will be designed to accommodate 10 dry computer labs from ICT and Aviation with a combined total floor area of 1,500sqm allowing teaching for up to 280 students at one time. The size and increased utilization allows for consolidation of a significant number of smaller, low utilization teaching spaces with the existing Science buildings to be re-purposed.
- The level 5 space will be designed to accommodate three (3) labs with a combined total floor area of 1,500 sqm allowing teaching for up to 290 students at one time. The size and increased utilization should allow consolidation of a significant number of smaller, low utilization labs to be re-purposed.
