The works will be delivered as a Design & Construction project with Separable Portions for each building as follows:
4 Power Avenue, Ashwood

All building have received a notice from the Municipal Building Surveyor (MBS) requiring the removal of identified combustible cladding.
In all cases we will be removing identified combustible cladding and extending the fire protection services to apartment balconies in order to obtain compliance and certification.
