Tender Description

St Hillier's is tendering on the HMAS Sterling Customer Service Centre (CSC) Building Work. The scope of works of this project involves an extensive internal refurbishment of the HMAS Stirling. The refurbishment is to provide approximately 100 permanent and short-term work desks for 14 separate user groups, consolidated from around the HMAS Stirling Base. This work will also situate all enablers in the one area creating a one stop shop for Fleet Base West (FBW).

Exclusions Include:
• Additional toilets to the first floor not included in design
• Supply of fridges and microwaves
• Supply of lockers
• Security to the GF Storage Room (the Vault) to be excluded as directed by Defence
• Loose Furniture
• Supply/install of workstations
• Signage
• DESN Cabinet on the ground floor to remain
• Refurbishment of the front and rear doors to meet Zone 2 requirements
• Window Tinting
• Supply and install Monitors and Projectors
