Kingscliff Shopping Village (DA1)

Tender Description

The DA1 Stage of the Kingscliff Shopping Village project involves refurbishment inside the building including:
- refurbishment of the internal mall; and
- construction of new amenities and 3 new tenancies

Note - the shopping village will remain operational during the build. All works in the mall and common areas, and all noisy activities (eg. concrete cutting, demolition) in amenities and new tenancy areas will need to be done at night outside the village's opening hours,
