For clarity ANZIC will be occupying Level 1, and CICM Levels 2 & 3.
The floors will be received in a ‘base build’ open floor condition, this comprises of bare exposed slabs, painted perimeter plasterboard walls and open ceilings. The existing configuration of building services will be such to serve an open floor layout and fully exposed at ceiling level. The manipulation of these existing building services will be required as nominated in the Building Services Design Documentation Package.
NOTE: The cost MUST be accurately allocated to the Level 1 ANZIC fitout and Levels 2 & 3 CICM Fitout, as separate groups accuracy is essentially.
