The projects consists of 54 Apartments over 6 Levels with underground Basement carpark.
The Basement has Ccant piles, sheet piling and dewatering along with foundation piles.
Structure is heavy weight suspended Post tension slabs, block walls and concrete roof.
External has screens, hoods, glass balustrades, feature brick and timber look cladding along with render and paint works.
Internal has a reasonable specified level of finishes throughout.
Landscaping consists of a pool, BBQ area with landscped areas and stone works.
