Tender Description

The Link at Langley is a mixed used development located at 99 Adelaide Terrace on the southern side of Adelaide Terrace Perth.
Constructed in 1982 – 1985, the property is comprised of a Hotel, 2 Level Carpark, Commercial Retail and Offices.
The Stack/Stage 1 Scope of Works includes:
- The completion of a new entry from Terrace Rd.
- Installation of escalator and platform lift.
- L2 foyer upgrades to Cores E+F, cold shell to gymnasium (L2-02 + L3-03) and centre management office (L2-05), cold shell to childcare (L2-03+04) and office (L2-00).
- Gymnasium fit-out works including internal toilets, lighting fittings, floor finishes and the internal offices (to be priced separately – see Tender Schedule 7)
- Design and construct for the Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic and Mechanical services infrastructure up to the cold shell and warm shell tenancies and to meet the requirements.
