Tender Description
The objective for this project is to restore the existing 1890s three-storey brick warehouse that operated as a boot factory up until 1984 when it was acquired by Waverley Council. Following this acquisition, the building was restored by Council and operated as part of the Mill Hill Community Centre from 1986 until 2009 when it was deemed structurally unsafe.
