Notre Dame College - Wellbeing Centre

Tender Description

Construction of the new Notre Dame College Wellbeing Centre at Shepparton; including but not limited to the following ‘base building’ components:

- Two storey Wellbeing Centre Building, including General Learning Areas, Collaborative Learning Areas, Learning Diversity Areas, Private Counselling Offices, Sensory/Reflective Space, Kitchen and Dining Areas, Canteen and Servery, Storage Areas, Staff Works, Staff & Student amenities
- Demolition of existing buildings and Partial Demolition Works to existing St Colman Building)
- Decanting and temporary building works
- Re-establishment of new Notebook Service Centre Facilities in the St. Colman Building
- Building and Site Services
- External and Landscaping works

- Structural drawings are yet to be issued - will be issued as an Addendum;
- The project will be delivered across four stages
