Tender Description

The contract will be for works to the existing Quad Roofing (#150) and Dormer Windows. To ensure the following;
Maintenance works to prevent further water ingress with upgrades to roofs and rainwater goods to achieve compliance with modern codes and standards, in order to provide long term benefit to the building, including:
o Replacement of slates where cracked or slipped
o Replacement of degraded galvanised steel box gutters
o Replacement of poorly detailed and degraded lead sheet roofs
o Replacement of degraded galvanised steel roofs
o Replacement of degraded copper sheet roofs
o Make good works to weather / water damaged fabric

Installation of safe roof access for long term maintenance of roofs, rainwater goods, plant and equipment
