Hi all,

We invite you to submit a price for the John Paul College Covered Courts & Amenities Building.

The site is located at Jukambi Oval, John Paul College, corner of John Paul Drive and Chatswood Road, Daisy Hill, Qld.

The project is comprised of a provision of covered and open-air tennis courts with adjacent Canteen building and associated services.

Construction is varied with civil works, concrete work, structural timber work, lightweight timber work, sports surfaces finishes, specialized sports equipment installation, commercial construction requirements, including all services, all in accordance with the Contract Drawings, this Specification and any subsequent details or instructions as may be provided.

Please breakdown your pricing into the different separable portions as per below.
- Separable Portion 1 – Covered Courts & Canteen: $-
- Separable Portion 2 – Open Courts: $-

Construction on this project is due to start in May 2023 so please quote accordingly.
