All Hallows' School - McAuley Hall Refurbishment

Tender Description

The Refurbishment of McAuley Hall includes the following:
- Upgrade of internal facilities.
- Opening up of existing storage area & conversion to a shared computer laboratory, installation of internal lift, construction of a verandah, internal reconfiguration including the removal & construction of wall & expansion into existing corridor space to provide additional learning areas.
- New shared wet areas, student change rooms & a kitchenette.
- Painted louvre screening to the top of the lift shaft, painted rendering of the lift core, painted feature louvres grills to south east facade of the building, pinted feature louvres to the top of the windows, painted rendered cantilevers on the verandah, powdercoated glazing frames, painted steel pilots below new verandah, painted sun screens to the north west facade.
