Tender Description

This Invitation to Tender relates to the design and construction of the Project comprising of;

The demolition of the existing three storey concrete and brick building and build Multiple Dwellings, accommodating 17 luxury apartments configured across 9 storeys with 2 levels of basement carparking and landscaped plaza including a pool, leisure deck and seating at ground floor.
