ITR / EOI process for Fisherman's Bend Redevelopment Project

Tender Description

The Fishermen's Bend Redevelopment Project has achieved Expediency to carry out the proposed works.

The construction scope for the delivery phase is to upgrade and refurbish infrastructure and building
facilities.

In conjunction with the Industry Capability Network (ICN), Icon is seeking Invitation to Register (ITR)
from suitably qualified Subcontractors wishing to tender for relevant work packages listed below.

Subcontractors are required to download, read and complete an ITR Questionnaire document on the ICN
gateway portal https://gateway.icn.org.au/project/8419/fishermans-bend-redevelopment and return the completed
document to the ICN through the same website. ITR opens on 2
nd October 2023 and closes 18th October
2023.

An industry briefing session will be held on Monday 9th October 2023 at Icon Head Office (Industry
Lanes, Level 7, 459 Church Street, Richmond) from 5:30pm. Please confirm attendance (company name,
full names and contact numbers of attendees) to events@icon.co. Attendance is not compulsory.

Construction of the Fishermen's Bend Redevelopment Project is due to start Quarter 1 2024 and finish
Quarter 4 2026.

Further additional tendering for suitably qualified Subcontractors will be required for works packages
separate to this ITR following the execution of the managing contractor contract in mid-November 2023.
Shortlisted Subcontractors will be invited to tender by Icon for the separate works packages.
