Tender Description

- Fixed Price Lump Sum for works pertaining to “The Square” and “Pier B”

‘The Square’ is the area located on Level 1 immediately past security. The concept is to
create a premium Food & Beverage (F&B) precinct with a central seating / dwell zone.
The works involve removal of the central escalators and backfilling the void to create
additional NLA and seating. New escalators will be installed on both wings leading towards Pier B & C to improve passenger flow (single path of travel to gate).
“The Square” entails 11x new F&B tenancies and 1x new Specialty Retail plus the associated remote kitchens and storerooms.

‘Pier B’ is a simple refurb of the existing retail spaces (last chance) with a feature wall to tie it together with the rest of the Terminal.
“Pier B” comprises of 1x F&B tenancy and 1x Specialty Retail. Furthermore, 3x Newslink Stores will be converted to WH Smith stores (2x only requires co-ordination).

- Prelims/Margin and Schedule of Rates for “The Crossing”

‘The Crossing’ is located on the Mezzanine level at the entry to Pier C. The works will
realign the existing passenger thoroughfare by straightening what is very much a disjointed space to provide better sightlines to the concourse with Specialty Retail on both sides.
“The Crossing” will include approximately 10 Specialty Retail stores, with the final layout being finalised with the Design Team.

- The Square (departure level) - warm shell tenancies (1555m2)
- The Square (concourse level) - BOH buggy storage and cool room (245m2)

Pier B (2137m2)
- Pier B (departure level) - east link bridge and remote kitchen (213m2)
- Pier B (concourse level) - east common corridor (1310m2)
- Pier B (concourse level) - warm shell tenancies (614m2)

TOTAL GFA: 5457m2
