Tender Description

The Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 applies to the building work associated with this project. By submitting an expression of interest in, or tender for, this project, you will become subject to the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016.

Description of the work under the Contract;
Demolition of timber bridge,
New bridge construction,
Approach road construction,
Environment protection works.

Project characteristics Road;
Existing timber bridge to be replaced. Carriageway reconstruction on approach and departure.

Project characteristics Bridge;
Existing timber bridge to be replaced.

Other infrastructure;
Environment protection and restoration

Working Days and Working Hours;
Monday to Saturday
7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Other days considered to be not Working Days during which work is not permitted under the Contract;
Gazetted Queensland and local public holidays within the Noosa Council area.

Quotations must be based on a minimum of 90 Days.
