Separable Portion 1 - New Building & Associated Site Works.
• Demolish existing Building 1 ‘Administration’
• Demolish part existing Building 3
• Modify existing part Building 3 ‘Training Substation’
• Demolish existing Buildings 4a and 4b
• Construct new car parking, landscaping & handstands, including EV charging, car park solar shade structures,
• bike enclosure, solar enclosures and generator enclosure
• Commission new pad mount substation at Marshall Road
• Decommission and remove existing transformer and make good area.
