The scope involves a sizeable redevelopment of the existing Hotel facility.
A. Conversion and re-assignment of existing areas into new indoor/outdoor lounge including the provision of new roofed areas over a majority of the Compton Road elevation of the original Hotel building. These works alter the street appearance of the building to be more conformed to Restaurant and Motel Portions
built more recently and incorporate landscape elements.
B. Provision of new bar facility to new lounge and existing Gaming lounge areas
