Contract Overview
Tenders are invited for the demolition of the existing sports clubhouse and the construction of a new sports clubhouse facility for the Northshore Multisport Complex located at Mudjimba.

The works include, but are not limited to:
• Construction of new sports clubhouse building (Inc. hydraulic and electrical works);
• Demolition of existing sports clubhouse building and asbestos removal management where required;
• Earthworks and preparation of building substructure to specification;
• Supply and installation of concrete footpaths and walls for interface works;
• Softscape works including turf, garden beds and tree planting;
• Electrical infrastructure works including new Main Switch Board at adjoining Community Centre site to delineate site supply;
