Tender Description

GC21 Design & Construct Tender for the Following Scope;
Anatomical Pathology Fit-out of Level 5 and new comms room on level 6 to Building 12.
Reconfigure Lambie Dew Drive Turning Bay and remove existing trees.
Reconfigure Gloucester House Bridge and associated roadworks to allow travel of large vehicles under bridge.
Gloucester House Road Hump Adjustment.
Tree Pruning at corner of Missenden Road and Gloucester House Drive to facilitate large vehicles access and egress.

A BOQ is Being Prepared and will be issued on or before the 18th of June 2022
