Design & Construct of commercial office in South Yarra with 1 level basement and 9 levels above ground.
Please note early works package will not be included in this project and will be done by others (bulk excavation, retention, foundation piling and shotcrete).
Tender docs are not completed yet, further drawings will be issued in addendum in future.
Site visit available on Thursday 9 June 10.30am - 11.30am (meet at River St Entry)
Tender Option: Lobby Ceiling Design – Tenderers to provide price for both Options of Ceiling. Drawings (RCP) will be provided as an addenda.
