||The Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 applies to the building work associated with this project. By submitting an expression of interest in, or tender for, this project, you will become subject to the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016.
This project involves internal refurbishment works to buildings at Fishermans Bend, comprising of replacement to mechanical services such as passenger lift, fume exhaust systems, vacuum systems, whole heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, major replacement of roof, gutters and downpipes.
Also includes replacement of the electrical high voltage transformer, internal refurbishments and fit out to the ablutions, kitchenette and change rooms including replacement of floor coverings, lighting, cabinetry, appliances, patch and paint, fixtures and fittings, exhaust fans.
Replacement of electrical systems including lighting upgrades, light switches, power cabling, lighting control systems and electrical distribution boards.
