Sunshine Hospital ED Refurb

Tender Description

Refurbishment works to the Emergency Department at Sunshine Hospital. This project aims to complete a refurbishment of the Emergency Department (flooring, wall protection, painting, replace light fittings etc.), along with minor building works to areas as documented in the design. Associated building / make goods works are required. The works are required to be staged as follows: As the Emergency Department will remain a fully operational clinical space throughout the refurbishment it is understood that there will be disruption to our service. A number of mitigating strategies will be deployed to minimise the impact to our community, patients, staff, access and flow.

The works will be broken down into 9 stages, with hoarding to be erected at each of the stages and the use of extraction fans to minimise noise, dust and smells. Please see the Architectural drawings for the staging plans.
