Creative Spaces has recently signed a lease for commercial rental space at Level 3, 271 Collins Street. The space is intended to be managed by Creative Spaces but sub leased to Start Ups in the creative industry as administration space.
Demolish and remove existing walls and floor finish as per demolition plan
New glass wall partitions with aluminium frames and glass decals to meet standards.
New solid wall partitions along with doors and skirting to suit.
New paint through out
New vinyl flooring to kitchenette
New infill carpet as applicable
New kitchen joinery
Modifications to mechanical system to suit new layout (new outlets, ridge and flexi
ducting, balancing etc) including alteration to supply registers/new supply and return
registers along with new VRV systems
Additional supplementary air conditioning systems as specified
Amendment to existing fire sprinkler system to suit new layout
Alteration / new smoke detection system as specified
Certification for all new fire engineering works
New light fitting(s) to suit new layout with new switches. Including amendments to
existing drop ceiling system to suit.
Data cabling and outlets that may be required for some of the fitout
Ceiling alterations to suit new fitout including plasterboard and suspended ceilings
