Tender Description
Fit out of Level 1, Alfred Lane House to provide an infectious diseases ward with 6 beds and office with 112 workstations.
Services infrastructure upgrades to other areas in the building.
The following are the staging considerations for the project –
• Stage 1 – Demolition of Level 1 (Already completed) - Services to be stripped.
• Stage 2 - Fit out of Level 1.Seperable Portion 1
• Stage 3 – Services infrastructure works in Ground Level. Seperable Portion 2
• Stages 2 and 3 are covered in this RFT and will be delivered as Seperable Portions under one contract
