Tender Description

The CIO portfolio have relocated Monash Connect into Level 1 west, of Building 73, at the Clayton
campus in late 2020, followed by the relocation of Student Education and Business Services (SEBS)
into the ground floor of Building 73, in March of 2022. This project will refurbish the remaining
1,180m2 of office space on level 1 & 2 of Building 73 to achieve an additional 130 to 140 work
points.
