Construction of Oran Park Leisure Centre will comprise of:
- a 50m pool concourse,
- a leisure pool concourse,
- four basketball courts,
- gymnasium,
- café,
- at grade car parking that contains 153 car parking spaces (inclusive of disabled spaces), and
- associated site works including landscaping and drainage services.
