Tender Description

The Works include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:

· Construction of 3 new synthetic grass sports courts for basketball/netball/volleyball and adjacent areas for other sports.
· Design & Construction of a tensile roof structure to cover the entire sports court area.
· Demolition and removal of part existing structures, walls, and roofs, paving and vegetation in area of works as noted.
· Site paving and landscaping, including landscape elements, grassing and planting.
· Disconnection and re-routing of existing services, and provision of temporary services as required.
· Implementation of hard and soft landscaping.
· Extension and augmentation of site services.
· Hoardings for protection of building site.
· Making good of all areas affected by works.
