Tender Description

This project relates to the construction of the Stage 1 of Alfred Road Reserve Masterplan project.
The scope is to deliver a range of facilities and infrastructure which includes but not limited to;
-Two Sports Pavilions
-Sports Infrastructure
-Landscape & Open Space
-Carpark
Sports Pavilion 1:
-Social Community Space
-Change Rooms
-Kitchens; and
-Outdoor Viewing Areas
Sports Pavilion 2:
-Indoor Cricket Facility
-Social Community Space
-Change Rooms
-Kitchens; and
-Outdoor Viewing Areas
Sports Infrastructure:
-2 Crickets ovals, 1 with Football overlay
-1 Junior Oval
-2 Soccer Pitches with Cricket oval Overlay
-Cricket Practice Nets
-Sports Lighting
Landscape & Open Space:
-Community Recreation Area (picnic shelter/s, BBQ, district play space)
-Small local play space
-Pump Track
-Paths
-Trees, garden beds & vegetation
Carpark:
- A large carpark, including Water Sensitive Urban Design features, that caters to the entire site
