Bill Lawry Pavilion (Retender)

Tender Description

The Scope of Works for this Contract shall involve the demolition of the existing Grandstands and Pavilion
Buildings as Bill Lawry Oval and the development of a new Pavilion in a similar location. The works shall include, but not necessary be limited to the
following:
• Rerouting of existing services.
• Demolition of existing Pavilion, pavements and other site elements as required to allow for the
construction of the new 2-storeyPavilion as detailed.
• All external works and landscape in association with the new Pavilion, including, but not necessary
limited to paving, garden beds, plant enclosures, waste enclosures, rectification of bluestone walls and
other external items.
• All new external services as detailed on the Services Documentation.
• Making good existing landscape elements around the building at the completion of works.
