Tender Description

The works consist of:

• three full-size soccer fields (one synthetic & two turf pitches);
• Sports field Floodlighting ;
• Pitch fencing, including low-level fencing (perimeter of pitches) and high-level ball stop netting;
• New pavilion building including:
o Social space, with flexible meeting space, storage and associated amenities
o Kitchen with servery to social space and spectators
o 4 inter-connecting changing areas plus two separate changing areas and associated amenities for each
o Internal amenities servicing the pavilion
o First Aid Room
o Ancillary rooms, including storage and cleaners’ area
o Plant and equipment storage areas;
• 176 car parks including four accessible spaces;
• Outdoor seating areas;
• Nature play elements;
• Pedestrian and bicycle paths and bike parking;
• External public toilet facilities for general public access;
• Complementary landscaping across the site;
• Stormwater treatment conducted via a series of swales and floor storage retained on site in a retarding basis with overflow directed via underground pipes to the existing Bulleen North Drain via Parks Victoria land.
